Cirra
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
Account information — When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, user ID, profile photo, account creation time, and related account settings.
Profile and circle information — We collect information needed to operate your circle, including your circle connections, connection requests, blocked users, and related connection status information.
User content — We collect the content you create or upload in Cirra, including moments, captions, photos, videos, carousel media, comments, replies, likes, view activity, and related timestamps.
Reports, support, and moderation information — If you report content, block a user, contact support, or request account deletion, we collect the information needed to process that request. This may include reported content references, reasons, details you submit, support message text, account references, email address, and timestamps.
Notifications and app activity — We collect information needed to show notifications and operate app features, such as notification type, actor, recipient, read status, related moment reference, and timestamps.
Device, diagnostics, and performance information — We may collect app performance, crash, diagnostic, and technical information through Firebase or similar services to help us maintain, secure, and improve the app.
We use information to:
• Create and manage user accounts.
• Let users connect with their circle.
• Let users create, view, comment on, and reply to moments.
• Show circle-only feeds and app notifications.
• Support reporting, blocking, and moderation features.
• Respond to support requests.
• Process account deletion requests.
• Improve app performance, security, and reliability.
• Protect users and prevent misuse of the app.
Cirra is designed around private circle sharing. Moments are intended to be visible only to people in the creator’s circle based on app visibility rules and security controls. Blocking a user helps prevent that user from appearing in your circle or feed experience.
We do not sell user personal information. We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate the app, including Firebase and Google Cloud services used for authentication, database storage, file storage, security, and app performance. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to investigate abuse, fraud, security issues, or harmful activity.
Cirra allows users to create and share content. Users can report content, block users, and contact support. We may review reports, support requests, account activity, and app content as needed to operate the app, protect users, investigate abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or take other action if content or behavior violates our Terms of Service, creates risk for others, or misuses the app.
Cirra uses Firebase and Google Cloud services to store and process app data, including account information, app content, images, videos, and app activity needed to operate the service. We use security rules and access controls designed to limit access to app data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep account information, user content, support requests, reports, moderation records, and app activity information for as long as needed to operate Cirra, provide support, protect users, comply with legal obligations, and maintain app security. If you request account deletion, we will review and process the request. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or moderation records.
You can request account deletion inside the Cirra app by going to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You may also request deletion by emailing: support@arcfolklabs.com. Please contact us from the email address connected to your Cirra account. Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed manually. Your account and email may remain active until the request is processed. After deletion is processed, your account may no longer be accessible. Some content, records, or logs may be retained where necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Cirra is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review the request.
You may:
• Update your profile information in the app.
• Block users.
• Report content or users.
