Cirra
TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
Cirra lets users create an account, connect with people they know, and share moments with their circle. You are responsible for your account, your content, and your activity in the app. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cirra. If the law in your country requires a higher age to use online services, you must meet that age requirement.
You may create, upload, post, or share content in Cirra, including photos, videos, captions, comments, and replies. You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting content in Cirra, you give Cirra and Arcfolk Labs permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to the content you upload.
You may not use Cirra to create, upload, share, encourage, or promote:
• Illegal content or activity.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or abuse.
• Hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Sexually explicit content or sexual exploitation.
• Content involving minors in a harmful, sexual, or exploitative way.
• Violence, threats of violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Fraud, impersonation, deception, spam, or scams.
• Content that infringes another person’s rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Private information about another person without permission.
• Malware, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or activity that disrupts the app.
• Any content or behavior that is harmful, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with Cirra’s purpose.
Cirra includes tools to report content and block users. If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, use the in-app report or block tools, use Contact Support inside the app, or email support@arcfolklabs.com. Blocking a user may prevent that user from appearing in your circle or feed experience.
We may review reports, support requests, account activity, and app content as needed to operate the app, protect users, investigate abuse, and enforce these Terms. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or take other action if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for others, or misused the app.
You can request account deletion inside the Cirra app by going to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You can also request account deletion by emailing support@arcfolklabs.com from the email address connected to your Cirra account. Deletion requests are reviewed and processed manually. Your account and email may remain active until the request is processed.
Your use of Cirra is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Cirra at any time. We may interrupt service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
Cirra is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirra and Arcfolk Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
