For login issues, account access, profile issues, or app problems, email support@arcfolklabs.com or use Contact Support inside the Cirra app.

Content and safety

Cirra includes tools to report content and block users. If you see content or behavior that violates Cirra’s Terms of Service, use the in-app report or block tools, or email support@arcfolklabs.com.

Account deletion

To request account deletion, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account inside the Cirra app. You can also request deletion by emailing support@arcfolklabs.com from the email address connected to your Cirra account.
